About the 2027 C&T Allēs

The Cosmetics & Toiletries (C&T) Allē Awards bring behind-the-scenes beauty innovation into the spotlight – ranging from cosmetic ingredients and formulas, to testing methods/tools, digital technologies and consumer beauty devices. (Check out our growing list of past winners!)

Presented by C&T, the premier B2B cosmetics R&D media brand, along with parent company Allured Business Media, the Allēs honor the scientific acumen, formulating skill, intuition and vision of innovators involved throughout the cosmetics and personal care product development process.

Exclusive Red Carpet Awards Reception

The C&T Allē Award winners will be announced at an exclusive, red carpet-style awards reception celebrating all the finalists in May 2027 (details forthcoming).

2027 Allēs Eligibility and Entry Deadlines

Eligible entries for the 2026 C&T Allēs include innovations launched or implemented any time during the 2026 calendar year.
Exceptions can be made for late 2025 launches that have not previously been submitted. Please contact the organizers for more details.

History: The C&T Allē Awards have existed under various names for almost 20 years. First introduced as the International Technology Awards , they were presented at the Health & Beauty America (HBA) event in New York in 2005. In 2010, the name changed to the Cosmetics & Toiletries (C&T) Technology Awards , and the awards were moved to the in-cosmetics Global trade show in Europe. In 2011, the name changed again to the C&T R&D Awards and they continued at in-cosmetics in Europe. In 2012, the awards were added to in-cosmetics Asia as well, creating the C&T R&D Awards-Asia. Thus, in 2012 and 2013, the C&T R&D Awards were presented in Europe, and the C&T R&D Awards-Asia were presented in Asia. In 2014, the C&T R&D Awards were presented for the last time at in-cosmetics Global in Europe only. In 2022, they were re-organized and formalized as the C&T Allē Awards, which were presented in 2022 in New York, in 2024 in Los Angeles and in 2025 in New York.
