TERMS & CONDITIONS OF AWARDS SUBMISSIONS

The closing date for entries for the C&T Allē Awards is Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2024, at 12:05 a.m. Please ensure you complete your entries by this date. This deadline may be extended at the program organizer’s discretion.

The cost for each entry is $325 for “Early Bird” Entries (through July 12, 2024). The standard rate of $525 per entry will be applied beginning on July 13, 2024, 12:00 a.m., U.S. Central Standard Time.

All entry fees are listed in U.S. Dollars. Entries require payment by credit card, bank transfer or invoicing for processing. Promo/discount codes cannot be applied to existing registrations. Entries and supporting documents may be edited until the entry deadline closes.

No cancellations are permitted. However, substitutions may be permitted, as determined on a case-by-case basis (at the sole discretion of the program organizer), and before the entry deadline closes. Contact rgrabenhofer@allured.com for substitution information.

Each entry shall be submitted by a given type. In addition, some entry types are further divided into categories. The entrant must designate the given category for the entry upon submission (see Definitions page for categories).

Each entry will be reviewed by members of an independent panel of jurors (see Judges page) and rated based on given pre-determined attributes (see About page for attributes). Judges having any conflict of interest with a given entry are required to recuse themselves from its review. Judges will not share confidential material. Furthermore, all supporting documents provided will be stored on a secured server.

The entry in a given category that receives the highest total across all attributes will be declared the winner. Additional finalists will receive a merit recognizing a single attribute for which they rated highest.

The organizer and judges’ decision is final. However, entrants will receive direct feedback from the judges regarding their entries, where provided.

Any number of entries may be submitted by a single party, each with the required fee, but parties may only win once in a given category (see Definitions page for categories).

Entrants must ensure they complete all fields as indicated during the submission process. Entries that are incomplete are subject to disqualification, although attempts will be made to notify the entrant if information is incomplete.

All completed entries will be acknowledged online at the time of submission and a confirmation email will be sent to the contact indicated.

Finalists for the 2025 C&T Allēs will be announced in November 2024, and featured across all Cosmetics & Toiletries website, newsletter, social media, etc., channels through March of 2025 (finalists) and May of 2025 (winners). In addition, they will be profiled in the next available issue of the magazine. The organizer reserves the right to truncate/lightly edit entry titles and descriptions for the purpose of promotional materials/editorial coverage.

Shortlisted entrants will also be contacted at the email provided. Winners will officially be declared in the first quarter of 2025, tentatively at an exclusive awards dinner (details forthcoming). Tickets to the awards dinner will be sold separately.

Each winner will receive one trophy. Trophies are inspected prior to the awards dinner and will feature the winning entry and company name as submitted in the entry form. Once a trophy has been awarded, the winner is responsible for the trophy and C&T Allē Awards organizer will not be liable for the cost of a replacement due to loss or damage.

Winners and finalists of the 2025 C&T Allē Awards program may license the official logo for an additional fee (see Sponsor/Logo Info page for details).

Where an event can be postponed, this will be taken into consideration and any investment already made will be transferred to the new date. Should a physical event not be possible due to causes out of the organizers’ control, this event may be transferred to a virtual online event.
